Please read our Shipping Policy below before placing your order.
Processing Times
All orders are subject to processing before dispatch.
Ready-Made Items
- Processed within 1–3 business days.
Handmade & Made-to-Order Items
- Processed within 3–7 business days.
Personalised & Bespoke Orders
- Processing times vary depending on the complexity of the design.
- Most custom orders are completed within 5–10 business days.
- Larger orders may require additional production time.
If your order is expected to take longer than usual, we will contact you directly.
UK Shipping
We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

International Shipping

Customers are responsible for any:

These charges are determined by the destination country and are not controlled by Culture & Crafts.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Delivery location
- Package weight
- Package size
- Shipping method selected
Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before payment is completed.
Order Tracking
Where a tracked shipping service is selected, tracking details will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
Custom & Bespoke Orders
As many of our products are handcrafted and personalised, production times can vary.
This includes:
- Bespoke T-shirts
- Custom apparel
- Carnival accessories
- Personalised gifts
- Made-to-order items
We recommend ordering well in advance if your item is required for a special event, holiday, Carnival, or celebration.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is provided:
- We cannot guarantee recovery of the package.
- Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.
- Refunds will not be issued for orders lost due to incorrect address details supplied by the customer.
Lost, Delayed or Missing Parcels
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the postal or courier service.
If your parcel appears delayed:
- Check the tracking information (if applicable).
- Contact the courier directly.
- Contact us if you require additional assistance.
We will work with the delivery provider to investigate missing parcels where appropriate.
Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include photographs of:
- The packaging
- The damaged item(s)
- Any visible courier damage
We will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution where applicable.

During busy periods such as:

- Back-to-School
- Promotional Sales
