Culture & Crafts is a UK-based small business specialising in handcrafted Caribbean-inspired accessories, personalised gifts, bespoke T-shirt designs, and Carnival accessories.

Throughout these Terms, "we", "us", and "our" refer to Culture & Crafts. "You" and "your" refer to the customer using our website and services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting our website and/or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and any policies referenced within them, including our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our website or services.

3. Products & Services

Many of our products are handmade and custom-made. As a result:

  • Slight variations in colour, size, placement, or finish may occur.
  • Product photographs are for illustration purposes only.
  • Handmade items may differ slightly from the images displayed.
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without prior notice.

These variations do not constitute faults or defects.

4. Custom & Personalised Orders

Culture & Crafts specialises in bespoke and personalised products.

When placing a custom order, you are responsible for ensuring that:

  • Names, dates, spellings, and personalisation details are correct.
  • Any images or logos supplied are owned by you or you have permission to use them.
  • Design approvals are reviewed carefully before production begins.

Once a custom order has been approved and production has started, changes may not be possible.

Personalised and bespoke items are non-refundable unless faulty or damaged upon arrival.

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£).

We reserve the right to:

  • Change prices at any time.
  • Correct pricing errors.
  • Cancel orders affected by obvious pricing mistakes.

Payment must be received in full before production or dispatch of any order.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Culture & Crafts is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Postal services
  • Couriers
  • Customs processing
  • Weather conditions
  • Industrial action
  • Circumstances beyond our control

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing an order.

7. Returns & Refunds

For non-personalised products, customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

Returned items must:

  • Be unused
  • Be in their original condition
  • Be returned in original packaging where possible

The following items are non-refundable unless faulty:

  • Personalised products
  • Bespoke products
  • Custom T-shirt designs
  • Custom Carnival accessories
  • Made-to-order items

8. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Where possible, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photographs showing the damage or fault

We will investigate and offer an appropriate resolution where applicable.

All content on this website, including but not limited to:

  • Branding
  • Product designs
  • Photographs

remains the property of Culture & Crafts unless otherwise stated.

10. Customer-Supplied Designs & Images

Where customers provide logos, photographs, artwork, or designs for custom products:

  • You confirm that you own the rights or have permission to use the materials.
  • You agree that Culture & Crafts is not responsible for any copyright or trademark infringement resulting from customer-provided content.

We reserve the right to refuse any order that may infringe intellectual property rights or contain offensive material.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Culture & Crafts shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Loss of profits
  • Loss of business opportunities
  • Delays beyond our reasonable control

Nothing within these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
